A left-hand point at the south-west corner of the Gulf of Baratti, near the small harbour below Populonia. When a strong west to north-west swell wraps into the bay, it peels left over flat rocks and sand, fast and sometimes hollow. The beach along the bay also gives lefts, and the clear water and green hills make it one of the most beautiful places to surf in Tuscany.
