Milady is a large, busy family beach at the south end of Biarritz, with a seafront promenade and accessible-beach facilities. It is a small sandbar break with short lefts and rights that only works in small to moderate swells. Rocks sit at both ends, and the shorebreak can get rough on the rising tide. It is home to a Biarritz surf club and an adaptive surfing association.
