Julia's is the surfers' name for the peak in front of the Julia's beach bar at Praia do Garrão, on the long sandy coast between Vale do Lobo and Faro. A main sandbar peak breaks both ways, with a channel on each side that makes paddling out easy. It is one of the more reliable waves of the central Algarve in winter.
