Erromardie, also called la falaise, is a sand-and-pebble beach north of Saint-Jean-de-Luz bordered by the coastal path. A powerful, fairly hollow right with a stepped take-off breaks over boulders in front of the cliff at the north end, while a gentler left breaks at the south end and sometimes runs to the middle of the beach. It picks up swell well and can have waves when nearby spots are too small.
