A long sweep of sand on the north side of the Dingle peninsula, running west from Castlegregory towards Mount Brandon. The sandbanks are soft and rarely well shaped. Still, the bay catches a lot of swell, and some part of it suits most winds. Windsurfers know it better than surfers do.
