Horton and Port Eynon share one wide, south-east-facing bay near the tip of Gower. It needs a big swell to work properly. Close-outs are common, but on the right day it is very good. Its shelter from strong westerly winds makes it a storm option. A fast, heavy left breaks over reef at the Horton end, and Port Eynon Point has a right for experts on big swells.
