Playa de Regla is the main town beach of Chipiona, running south from the lighthouse near the mouth of the Guadalquivir. Sandbars give lefts and rights that are mostly easy, but they can turn hollow when the banks line up. It picks up small swells, so it often has a wave when other spots are flat. It is a friendly place to learn, but the water gets busy.
