Le Croisic's main town beach, a short stretch of sand about 100–130 m long on the south side of the peninsula, with rocks at both ends. It is listed as a surf beach, and surf-forecast's nearby Rade du Croisic entry describes a mostly left-handed beach break that likes a south-west swell and an east wind but is flat for most of the summer. Little else is written about the surf here, so treat it as an occasional short beach-break wave on stormier days rather than a destination.

Local tips
The beach is narrow and the waves short, so keep an eye on the rocks at each end. In summer it is a busy, supervised swimming beach, and surfing is better left to the off-season swells.
Getting there
From the harbour take rue de Kervenel and then avenue de Port-Lin; there is a large free car park by the beach restaurant, and showers, toilets and restaurants on the front. The beach is about 800 m from Le Croisic station.
