East of Mazagón the beach runs for miles beneath tall sandy cliffs and pine woods, on the edge of the Doñana National Park. When a solid south-west swell reaches it, the sandbars here can give good lefts and rights with hollow sections. It is one of the wildest stretches of the Andalusian coast. It needs a lot of swell, so it is usually small.
