Anjos is a small village on the north-west coast of Santa Maria, the southernmost island of the Azores. A hollow, powerful right breaks over black, uneven lava rock. The water is so clear you can see the whole bottom from your board, which makes the shallow take-off over a large rock even more intimidating.
