A left-hand point that peels along a boulder point at Tullaghan, on County Leitrim's short coastline between Bundoran and Mullaghmore. It needs a good-sized swell, but then it runs fast and powerful along the rocks for long rides. There is also a right-hand reef nearby.

Local tips
Only for experienced surfers who are at ease on a powerful wave over boulders. It still works when a south-west wind is blowing, which spoils many other spots on this coast.
Getting there
Park at the east end of Tullaghan village, where parking is free but limited, and walk up the boulder beach to the point. Don't take the shortcut across the fields by the church: the land is private.
Travel notes
- How often it works
- Patchy: it only breaks on a big enough north-west swell (wannasurf: sometimes), so watch the forecast for the windows. Winter is the best season.
- Crowd and vibe
- Usually a few surfers (wannasurf). When it works, it can get busy, because the Bundoran crowd comes down the coast.
- Facilities
- None at the point. The nearest shops, cafés and surf shops are in Bundoran, about 5 km east.
- Water quality
- Not an EPA-monitored bathing water, so there is no official rating.
