A Ladeira is the 1.7 km beach of Sabarís at the inner end of the bay of Baiona, next to the mouth of the Miñor river. It only breaks during big storms. Then its peaks are gentle and soft, and a long right runs from the river-mouth end, with very long rides. It is a longboard wave that also suits paddle surfers and beginners, and a classic winter fallback.
