Local tips

Stay clear of the groynes, where currents run and rocks lie under the surface. In summer the lineup is busy with lessons, so surf early or go to the less crowded beaches north of Madrague.

Getting there

Parking behind the beach on the Anglet seafront road, paid for non-residents from May to October.
