Coprinos is a heavy left over a shallow rock shelf on the wild coast at O Portiño, on the western edge of A Coruña. The take-off is fast and steep, and the wave can throw quick tubes. It is mostly a bodyboarding wave; only experienced surfers should try it. Getting in and out over rocks covered in mussels and urchins is the hard part.
